Our Hydro Balls are formulated to provide a pet-safe and essential water source for most insects, including pet insects, and for the keeping and rearing of feeder insects.
As our Hydro Balls are firm to the touch and release water on demand, they will prevent smaller insects from drowning, therefore making them great for Cricket, Locust, and Cockroach keeping and breeding.

They are so easy to offer! Simply place them in a small bowl and replace them as required, it's best to use the little and often approach. Any waste can easily be disposed of as they are fully biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Our packs are supplied fully hydrated with fresh spring water.
To maintain their freshness, please keep them sealed in their packet.
It can be used with fresh water to refresh and rehydrate as required.

100g and 200g variations are supplied in sealed bag packages.
Our 900ml (700g) Maxi pack is supplied in a refillable and resealable tub/bottle
Each ball weighs around 1g, a 50g sample pack contains around 50 balls and our 900ml (700g) up to 700 balls
