Shipping Information

  • Shipping is free of charge on all orders.

  • Website orders are shipped on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  • We use Royal Mail for all orders. Parcel-sized shipments are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

  • Smaller items that qualify as Large Letter format are sent using Royal Mail 24.

  • You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information.

Tracking Information

  • Live tracking is only available on Royal Mail 48 Tracked shipments.

  • Royal Mail 24 is not live tracked, but it does provide a delivery confirmation, so both you and we will know if the delivery has been completed or missed.

Important Notes

  • Please enter your email address and phone number correctly at checkout. This ensures you receive your dispatch notification and any delivery updates directly from Royal Mail. Incorrect details may prevent you from receiving these notifications.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to collect or rearrange any missed deliveries.

  • If a delivery is missed and returned due to failed collection or incorrect address details, your order will not be refunded. We can resend it, but you will be charged for shipping as well as a surcharge to cover the return of your package.
