Shipping is free of charge on all orders.

Dispatch Days

Orders placed through our website are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail for all orders.

Parcel-sized shipments are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Smaller items that qualify as Large Letter format are sent via Royal Mail 24.

Tracking Information

Royal Mail 48 Tracked includes live tracking.

Royal Mail 24 does not provide live tracking but does include delivery confirmation, so you and we will know if the delivery has been completed or missed.

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Important Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that you enter your email address and phone number correctly at checkout so that Royal Mail can send you delivery updates. Incorrect details may prevent you from receiving notifications.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to collect or rearrange any missed deliveries.

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, your order will not be refunded. We can resend your order, but you will be charged for both the new shipping cost and a surcharge to cover the return.
